Brighton Pizzeria is not a restaurant. We do not take orders, deliver, or run a shop in Brighton or anywhere else. The name is left over from an older version of this domain. Today the site answers one kind of question: the short, oddly specific pizza questions people type into a search bar. What is cini? What does EVO mean on a menu? How many slices are in a large?
What we cover
- Toppings and menu words. Terms that show up on menus and in videos without explanation: cini, EVO.
- Sizes and portions. Slice counts, 7-inch pies, Little Caesars sizes, box dimensions.
- Cooking and reheating. Hunt Brothers, Papa John's, Mexican Pizza, and a copycat Domino's dough.
How we write and check a guide
- Start from the question people actually ask. We use Google Search Console data for this site to see which questions land here, then answer that question in the first two sentences.
- Check against a primary source. Chain menus and nutrition pages, brand sites (for example cinisauce.com for CINI sauce), packaging instructions, and the manufacturer manual for appliances. Each guide lists its sources at the bottom.
- Say what we do not know. If a chain changes its cut by region, or a fan rumor has no source, the page says so instead of guessing.
- Test what we can. Reheating and dough steps are written as kitchen steps with temperatures and times, not filler.
Corrections
We get things wrong sometimes. An older version of our cini page said cini was cinnamon sugar. That was wrong, and we rewrote the page when we found it. If you spot an error, email [email protected] with what the page says, what it should say, and where you saw the correct information. Every guide shows the date it was last updated.

Questions, corrections or anything else about the site: [email protected]. We cannot take pizza orders or pass complaints on to restaurants.
How the site is funded
The site shows Google AdSense ads. We keep it to one ad unit after the main answer, never above it, so the answer is the first thing you read. We are not paid by Domino's, Pizza Hut, Papa John's, Little Caesars, Hunt Brothers, Taco Bell, CINI or any other brand we mention, and none of them review our pages. See the privacy policy for how ads use cookies.

Brand names on this site belong to their owners and are used only to describe their products. For orders, refunds or complaints about a specific store, contact the brand directly. Our Pizza Hut contact guide is one example of where to start.
